Hello, DeviantArt! Man, it's been a long time. I'm sorry to say I've kind of moved on from DA (if you couldn't tell by how inactive I've been for, you know, years).

Whew!  Sorry I've been so inactive for such a long time, guys!  Pretty much since October of last year my two best friends and I have been house hunting, and we finally found one in late March- my roommate and I though had an apartment and our lease was up in the middle of March- rather than renew our lease we basically just moved in temporarily to our friends' apartment (we had 7 girls all crowded into a 4 bedroom. Yikes!), and had to sort of hunker down til we got closed on the house and got ready to move in.  All of our stuff was in storage for like, 3 months, and it's felt like I really haven't had a home.  But we got the keys May 13, I got to move in (at least my mattress and suitcase with clothes) around the end of May, and we just finished moving everything else out of storage and out of the crowded apartment yesterday!  Hooray!

The main thing that I'm excited about today, though, is that we just got internet and it actually works! For some reason, the router in the apartment didn't actually want to pick up on my computer, so I was pretty much internet-less for a long three months, not to mention that my scanner was in storage so I haven't been able to scan any of my new stuff.  The next few weeks will probably be spent sorting everything out and finishing up with painting and all that kind of fun stuff.  

Thanks for those of you who are still with me, even though I haven't been here much recently, and I'm gonna have  a much easier time uploading things from now on, so hopefully you'll see a lot more from me in the coming months!

Okay, now it's time to go look at and comment back to the 2,000 comments, and journals, and faves, and new deviations, and... etc.

Hey there everyone.  This is my official apology to all of you, on two counts.

First off, I apologize for being absent for over a year.  I feel like I've been in a very long art rut, and haven't been able to really draw anything of substance.  You'll see what I mean as I add all my drawings from the last year and a half.  Nothing of real consequence, unfortunately.  Just some somewhat pretty things. And you'll be able to see that I have a lot more sketches and line drawings and works-in-progress than I have in the past.  I need to start finishing my drawings again, inking and coloring them properly, I just keep feeling like they're not really worth the effort to finish them.  Maybe some feedback from you guys on my unfinished things will inspire me to finish them?

Also, secondly, I apologize for the amount I will be uploading in the next week or so.  I tried to collect all my art since I last posted and I've been scanning like crazy over the last few days to try and get it all onto my computer.  I keep finding stuff all over my room, or remembering about small sketchbooks I doodled in for a couple of weeks, and the new art to post keeps piling up.  All I need to do now is fix the colors on the scans, paste together some sketchdumps, and post them all.  And I hate to flood people's inboxes, but I wanna get it all out here, you know what I mean?

Okay, quick thanks to everyone who added me to their watch while I was gone, I <3 you all!  And an even bigger thanks to everyone who stuck around to see if I'd post again!  I <3 you even more than the new people!  Either way, if you're reading this, you're obviously freakin cool.

I'm happy to do any characters you would like, including original characters.  I'm also happy to draw Disney or cartoon versions of real life people, as long as you can provide reference pictures for me to work from.  

Prices are as follows:

Bookmarks:
$5 for a customized bookmark- one character and a design on the back or two characters (one on each side)
$16 for a set of four bookmarks

*Note: All bookmarks will be laminated and sent to the recipient!

Pictures:
$15 for one character with a simple background (plain white, or basic color)

$25 for one character with a detailed background

For payment, I accept PayPal now, for more convenience!  For those who do not have PayPal accounts, personal checks or money orders will be accepted as well.  If you want the original mailed to you, I'm happy to do that, but I'll probably charge another $2 or so for shipping.  (Bookmarks will be sent, and shipping is included in the price.)  Otherwise, I can email you your picture, or simply put it up in my gallery here.
